Surviving Heart Break

For many of us, heartbreak is almost a rite of passage. Relationships are complex and delicate things that most people don't get right the first time.

A veterinarian was called to examine a ten-year-old Irish Wolfhound named Belker.

The dog's owners, Ron, his wife, Lisa, and their little boy, Shane, were all very attached to Belker, and they were hoping for a miracle.

The vet examined Belker and found he was dying of cancer. He told the family he couldn't do anything for Belker, and offered to perform the euthanasia procedure for the old dog in their home.

As they made arrangements, Ron and Lisa told the vet they thought it would be good for six-year-old Shane to observe the procedure.

They felt as though Shane might learn something from the experience.

During the procedure, Shane seemed so calm, petting the old dog for the last time, that one might wonder if he understood what was going on.

Within a few minutes, Belker slipped peacefully away.

The little boy seemed to accept Belker's transition without any difficulty or confusion.

They sat together for a while after Belker's death, wondering aloud about the sad fact that animal lives are shorter than human lives.

Shane, who had been listening quietly, piped up, "I know why."
Startled, they all turned to him. What came out of his mouth next stunned everyone.

He said, "People are born so that they can learn how to live a good life, like loving everybody all the time and being nice, right?"

The six-year-old continued, "Well, dogs already know how to do that, so they don't have to stay as long."

started eating, and they broke fast already.

the feeling i had before, during and after both examinations are completely different.

went back to play Time Crisis 3 after that!
took turns to play. i played with Kaywee.

after that, went to Action City.
LOL! that squeezable cow and duck is funny at first, but got annoying after that.
the sound that it made when you squeeze it is like...killing a chicken.
LOL! like the chicken or duck have depression. =X
smell and feels like the real thing. XD

yeah. Action City stuffs are cool. i like~ :D

headed to some shop that sells cosmetics and stuff. went to look around inside.
the poor guys were left outside. =X
awww. and they failed taking my candid photo! :P
headed home afterwards.

although we had a paper to sit for the next day, which is E Math Paper 2, which also happens to need preparation, you guys still took time off to celebrate my birthday.
